Artist Ammi Plyler became interested in stained glass while on a school trip to Europe. She visited many popular cathedrals and was faxcinated by the stained glass cathedral windows. In September 1988 Ammi took a class in stained glass and has enjoyed working in the medium ever since.

Ammi received a BA inAntropology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte May of 2003. She currently lives in Peachland, NC, with her husband and their two-year-old daughter.

Hot Copper Art Glass was established January 2006. It is the goal of Hot Copper Art Glass to provide quality crafted, one-of-a-kind stained glass art for any occasion.
