Refund Policy
We strive to offer only the highest quality arts, crafts, and merchandise. Most of the items found on this website were handmade or hand-grown in Anson County, North Carolina, or the surrounding area. All providers are citizens of or have strong ties to the county.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase from an ebizAnson.org seller, please log in using the Authorization box on the right side of this page and complete the Return Material Authorization form within 14 days and we will cheerfully refund your money (minus shipping charges and a 15% handling fee). Merchandise must be returned in original condition.
Damaged Shipments
If any item you order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping company immediately and hold the product and original packaging for seven (7) days in order for the shipping company to inspect and give further instructions.
